About Level Ground

Level Ground helps Wisconsin homeowners understand and, when the evidence supports it, challenge a property tax assessment. We collect fragmented public records and organize them into a practical, address-specific DIY appeal packet.

The goal is not to promise a reduction. It is to make the existing process legible: show the current assessment, explain relevant comparable sales, surface municipal deadlines and forms, and prepare the homeowner for their own Open Book conversation.
